Customer: The proven ability to generate professional and engaging relationships, attaining great details and ability to do tasks in the quick-paced scenarios are achieved ("Why Companies Are Becoming B Corporations", 2017). Environment: The posts have recognized to create the positive environmental effects. The companies have earned high environment scores. Community: The communities of the business leaders are found to come in various shapes and sizes representing the actual industrial cross-section (Einwiller Steilen, 2015). Governance: The B Corp on the assessments on the companies has mostly concerned about governance practices. Thus the legal necessities beyond the certification had vital implications for the other functions and board processes of corporate governance. Similarities between all the companies: The leaders in most of the above companies have understood that there is not anything as any long-lasting competitive advantage. Here, the only advantage is that their ability to move from benefits to benefit ("How Investors Really Feel About B Corps B the Change", 2017). In most of the organizations, the future facing portfolio has central product serving the present customers (Elkington, Burke Hailes, 2017). It has been developing new products for the present customers and transformational innovations where the products have been developed for the latest markets. Those companies have developed clear frameworks of innovations providing the guide for the innovators through setting the proper expectations (Contributor, 2017). Bendalls They have weighted, prioritized and identified the stakeholders for analyzing and governing the trade-offs down the roadside ("B Corporation", 2017). Henley Club They have developed a compliant decision making processes. RetailOasis Its communication patterns are effective (Reiser, 2013). Third Spaces Group It has embraced the cultural diversities. Bright green It has been creating, enhancing and celebrating the teamwork Better Life Mobile It has effective employee engagement and loyalty ("B Corp SustainAbility", 2017) . Recommendation based on the five categories of B Corps: Worker: Their soft-skills are needed to be strengthened. It must also be seen that they make more connections. Lastly, they must generate their development program ("B Corp SustainAbility", 2017). Customer: The organizations should adopt the consistency, patience and empathy. Further the work ethic, clear communication and adaptability are also needed to be considered (Fuller Allen, 2016). Environment: Safe failure must be encouraged for the employees ("Becoming a B: What Is The Difference Between a B Corporation and a Benefit Corporation?", 2017). Further, the employees must be provided flexibility in choosing the work that has been comfortable. Community: They companies must bring people to their website through social media. They should cultivate stories about how they could use services and products. Lastly, the must generate their strategies in due time (Fischer Reuber, 2014). Governance: A documented and clear segregation between the responsibilities and roles of shareholders must be established ("What is the Difference between a Nonprofit Organization and a Benefit Corporation?", 2017). An Authority Matrix must be implemented. Further, education must be provided to the board members. Recommendations by findings as they are the members or registered under the B Corps: Assessing: The assessments must make the companies walk through various questions for helping to learn what has been taking to develop an efficient business. This must be better for the environment, community and workers (Worrell, 2016). Comparing: The outcomes must be compared with that of various other business and fetch how they stack up. Here two types of snapshots are needed. The first one is the quick snapshot and the second one is the impact snapshot (Li, 2015). The organizations should be deliberate and seek out the input from every known group for finding the unknown groups ("Becoming a B: What Is The Difference Between a B Corporation and a Benefit Corporation?", 2017). This has been tough as they were too late in the project. This is because the critical person or group has been determined. This has not gained any communication across the course of the project. It also comprises of the valuable links that are required to be addressed (Stubbs, 2014). Hence the organizations must assure that they have been avoiding the scenario and undertake the steps to create a document early with all the stakeholders needed to manage the communications with. As the ways mentioned above has been helping to keep the connection, the ongoing and frequent collaboration is there for supporting the project ("Inside Badger's B Corp ethos", 2017). For advertising: For advertising strategic management plans or business strategies are to be written efficiently along with the advertising and marketing tips. The relationship between the value proposition of the organization and the target audiences has been more complicated for the social enterprises ("What is the Difference between a Nonprofit Organization and a Benefit Corporation?", 2017). This is because of the range of the stakeholders involved often. While identifying the external ones, it must be helpful to use the various categories. This must cover the kind of stakeholders for the social enterprise. The specific project must have the emphasis on multiple groups. This must depend on what the twenty organizations have been doing (Shiller, 2013). Conclusion: Thus the study has analyzed the data as per as the Twitter posts of the organizations. These organizations are considered under the B Corps. The discussion has evaluated the governance section including the overall transparency, accountability, ethics and mission. The worker's division has demonstrated that the contribution of the twenty organizations wellbeing including the topics regarding the benefits, compensation, safety, ownership and job flexibility. The community section has demonstrated the community engagement and the effect including the issues regarding job creation, supplier relations, charitable community service and the local involvement. As per as the environment section is considered the overall stewardship of the environment is discussed including the usage of the resource, facilities, distribution of channels and supply chain. Lastly, the organizations whose services and products are designed to indicate any specific social problem through and for the customers are evaluated. It has been focusing on the effect of the service or product and the extent to which it has been beneficial to the underserved communities.
